Flowing energy like a river

This is quite a challenging post, and at the moment, or year round, I'm not sure how to even pass it on. And I've wondered if something like feeling, outputting, or creating, a flowing lighting, is an innate personal feature. But I can't be the only one in the world!
Surely, I think it's still a little bit easier for air signs like myself (sky, free flying energy, lighting, the universe..) with no blockages, but freeing the Earth, Water, and Fire from their blocking of O2, and therefore the desired (manifesting) energy.
One thing I haven't done is to ever create a vision board. I mean..you can! If you think that helps. But, you have to ask does it really, if it's somewhere in a closet.
It's a vision board in action, sort of, so it's 150% focusing 24/7. That means breathing your desired thing or a person while walking, mindful foods, reading or watching, not your basic romcoms, but really focus on learning something new, mindfully breathing every breath in and out, then finally sleeping; dreaming about the things earlier that day.
All this would be harder, and requires perhaps months of training, if you're deeply rooted in stone or submerged in a river, and they're your comfort zone. I've found that air and fire natives have a comfortable place, but it varies where it is.
Then there're the chakras, body’s energy centers, at play. I wish that I could tell you, exactly, what it is that needs to be activated the most! But I don't.
The Root Chakra is power, and it really begins to do its magic on walks.
That kind of power is needed for this kind of energy-manifesting-without-a-vision-board, because that dream life on a page(s) is on the go, wherever you are. It must be in your heart. But like a usual vision board, the key is to let it go. Once it's in your system, you have to let it go!
Then the opposite Chakra, the Crown Chakra, is very important, when the others are well and working. And you're breathing air, first of all. That might be the final, and continuous, touch for imagining that specific thing or that specific person. The Crown Chakra is that place to acquire the thunderbolt lighting in the air.
